1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Downloads)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a product has been delivered or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Coaching Services

For coaching services:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed
  • Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • No refunds will be issued after services have been fully delivered

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.

4. Unauthorized Transactions
